KITSOLUTIONS / Karter IT Solutions ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Hydra Companion mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
Local Data Storage (Privacy by Design)
Hydra Companion is designed to respect your privacy. All primary data generated by your use of the App—including your shard inventory, pity counters, weekly checklist statuses, local configuration settings, and pull history—is stored locally on your device using secure local preferences (SharedPreferences).
This data never leaves your device.
We do not host, store, or transmit your personal gameplay tracking data to external cloud servers.
You can erase this data at any time by using the "Wipe All Local Data" button within the App’s settings menu or by clearing the App's storage via your Android system settings.
Third-Party Services (Advertising)
To keep this App free, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To facilitate this, the App integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google AdMob may collect and use certain diagnostic or device data to serve relevant adverts to you.
The types of data processed by third-party ad networks include:
Device Identifiers: Device ID, Advertising ID (e.g., Google AAID), or other abstract identifiers.
Usage Data: Information regarding how you interact with adverts inside the App (e.g., loading banners or watching a rewarded video ad).

2. Permissions Required by the App
To function correctly, the App requests the following device permission:
POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): This permission is strictly used to deliver automated alerts regarding weekly server events (such as Hydra Clash or Chimera Clash deadline reminders). You can opt out of these notifications at any time via your device settings.
3. Children's Privacy
Our App does not directly address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided a third-party service within our App with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
